You will lead property option appraisals, identify opportunities to maximise the value of assets, and deliver projects that create high-quality homes for customers. About the Role As a Project Surveyor, you will: Manage projects to convert underutilised spaces into quality, lettable accommodation. Prepare and present business cases and technical reports to support strategic decision-making. Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders. Commission and manage specialist surveys and technical reports where required. Develop technical specifications, oversee procurement processes, and manage construction projects from inception through to completion. Support asset data management, stock condition information, and strategic investment planning.
