Do you know your way around costs, contracts, and critical paths?Are you ready to set the benchmark for project success?We''re "surveying" the market for our next Project Surveyor!Location: Grimsby (Agile working)Salary: £42,462.24Contract: PermanentAs a Project Surveyor, you will assist the Project Manager in ensuring Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) delivers a successful and excellent service within a contracting environment for the provision of all aspects of Planned Works and Estate based works.You are responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and contract administration of all planned and cyclical maintenance projects, estate-based works and aids and adaptations, in a client capacity.
