This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving building safety, ensuring remediation works are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards. You will manage projects involving the removal and replacement of external wall systems, coordinating contractors and consultants from project inception through to completion while ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. As Project Surveyor, you will take responsibility for delivering complex cladding remediation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent customer service for residents.
