Our client is looking for a skilled Project Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. You''ll lead refurbishment projects across a varied housing portfolio-ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver surveying, design, and contract administration services
• Manage refurbishment projects from planning to completion
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with planning and safety regulations
• Oversee procurement and contractor performance
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting

About You

• Qualified surveyor or equivalent experience
• Strong background in refurbishment and project delivery
• Knowledge of CDM, asbestos, fire, and building safety regs
• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Commercially aware with good financial acumen
• Full driving licence and access to transport required
