As a Project Surveyor you will take ownership of repair projects providing technical solutions for residents. You will provide a full range of surveying functions and support to maintain assets, ensuring that repair works are delivered within budget constraints and controls, and against quality standards. What will I have to do?  Carry out pre work surveys, including damp and mould surveys to identify repairs and maintenance requirements  Provide detailed reports and specifications of works to contractors and internal teams to remedy defects identified.
