We are ideally seeking a competent individual with good knowledge of the building construction industry. Those with a background in facilities maintenance would be high advantageous. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying works, preparing accurate cost estimates, managing quotations through to client submission, and overseeing the successful delivery of works from enquiry to completion. This role would suit someone with a background in construction, building or facilities maintenance; with a focus on surveying, estimating, or project management.
