This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a variety of planned programme projects while ensuring the highest levels of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:As a Project Surveyor, you will:Lead assigned projects from pre-tender procurement through to final handover.Prepare specifications, manage procurement, and oversee project management and contract administration.Act as Principal Designer when necessary, ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial efficiency.Coordinate with external advisors, including architects, engineers, and local authorities.Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations managed.What We''re Looking For:The ideal candidate will possess:A strong understanding of the construction industry and detailed knowledge of building regulations and health and safety legislation.Experience in managing substantial budgets and delivering projects on time and to budget.Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead meetings.Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders.A flexible attitude to working hours, with a full driving licence and access to a ..... full job details .....
