Adecco is working in partnership with a respected organisation operating across Herefordshire and Shropshire to recruit a Project Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of planned investment projects, managing schemes from procurement and specification through to completion and handover, while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, compliance, health and safety and customer satisfaction. The Role As Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of planned maintenance and capital investment projects across residential properties. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
