You will manage a varied caseload of adaptation projects from initial survey through to completion, working closely with occupational therapists, contractors and residents. This is a key role where your technical expertise and project management skills will directly improve people''s quality of life. In this post you will be managing adaptations projects across the Council''s housing stock from design to completion, conducting surveys, assessing feasibility of adaptation works and overseeing contractors to ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
