Working three days per week, the successful candidate will take responsibility for projects from initial inspection and specification through to contractor appointment, project delivery, completion and final account. The role will involve managing a diverse programme of works to communal areas, building exteriors and grounds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Surveyor or Building Surveyor who enjoys working autonomously and has strong experience in residential refurbishment, contractor management and project delivery.
