Project Support Officer

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to be part of the countywide implementation of Hospital at Home (H@H) within Worcestershire based within our Community Single Point of Access (SPA) in Worcester.This is a full time, permanent role and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 9-5, based at Kings Court 2, Worcester.This role will be integral in the coordination and roll out of a countywide H@H service. The post holder will lead on the administrative support of this project and be the key point for data collection and capacity management of (H@H) across the county and the coordination of the caseload. The Community SPA also continues to grow and develop and the post holder will lead the administration workforce within this integrated SPA and be involved in the operational growth and development of this. We are looking to appoint a strongly committed candidate to support the countywide vision for both of these projects. The post holder would require strong organisational/administrative skills as well as operational/managerial skills.Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.Main duties of the job
You will be required to coordinate the H@H referrals and caseload across the county as the project evolves. You will provide operational management of the administrative staff supporting this service as well as the Community SPA which takes urgent referrals from a number of different sources including the ambulance service.You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will be required to record information in spreadsheets to enable data and activity within the H@H and Community SPA to be analysed and presented by the Operational Lead.About us
