This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support across various projects within the programme, which is now entering its delivery phase. This high-profile initiative involves significant investment and requires a professional who can efficiently handle governance and project delivery processes in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Project and Governance Support: Provide administrative support to multiple projects within the regeneration programme. Coordinate, service, and minute governance boards and delivery group meetings. Prepare, format, and distribute meeting agendas, reports, and papers. Maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and project updates. Ensure professional engagement with senior stakeholders, including councillors and programme leaders. Community Engagement and Communication: Monitor and manage a shared programme inbox, responding or directing queries appropriately. Liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders including residents, councillors, internal teams, and external partners.
