This role is pivotal in driving project progress by coordinating onsite surveyors, securing landowner permissions, managing subcontractor delivery and maintaining real-time CRM/database systems to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards. KEY MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Delivery & Subcontractor Management - Coordinate day-to-day operations for the NGN pipeline easement clearance project across multiple work sites across the North of the UK. - Manage sub-contractor teams, specialist arborists and machinery operators to ensure output aligns with project targets. - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, site surveyors, sub-contractors and NGN project stakeholders. - Review work packages, monitor daily site output reports and verify work completion prior to payment releases.
