We''re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to become the glue that holds their project teams together. Sitting at the heart of live projects, you''ll play a vital role in keeping activities moving, providing valuable support to colleagues, suppliers and customers. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. One day you could be sourcing and purchasing engineering components, the next arranging urgent international shipments or tracking critical deliveries to ensure project milestones are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will need to be confident juggling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure. Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Procure and expedite engineering components, from quotation through to delivery. Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and equipment arrive on time. Manage shipping arrangements and customs clearance requirements.
