Project Supervisor

TWO MandE Supervisors are required for a career within Project Management. Must already be au fait with Maintenance, FM, MandE sites with a minimum of 5 years proven Supervisory experience in an MandE, FM, construction, or critical environment. An existing Supervisor or Senior Engineer who would like to pursue a career within Project Management. The opportunity to work for a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management as Project Supervisor across a very lucrative, long standing contract. Purpose Of The Job Overall responsibility for delivery of multiple projects across a client portfolio or business unit portfolio of contracts including full site responsibility/ownership, health and safety, day to day management on site of all contractors and on time delivery. Communicate to Head of Projects/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager and customers the deliverables, dependencies and risks as each project progresses. Key Responsibilities 1.Delivery of projects in line with QHSE regulations and standards. 2.Identify and generate projects or variations. 3.Manage key deliverables on project. 4.Develop strong relationships with key customers. 5.Work with contract teams regards safe delivery and handover. 6.Manage projects fully compliant with projects playbook. 7.Manage day to day site activity. 8.Manage change control process 9.Manage reporting and client communications on live projects. 10.Ensure project are managed and delivered in line ..... full job details .....
