Experience of insurance procurement and tender evaluation processes. Proven managerial and supervisory experience. Strong underwriting knowledge, particularly around insurance placements, programme design, and procurement activities rather than claims management. Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
