The role will involve managing and coordinating multiple live sites simultaneously, with current projects located in Oban, Mull and Rothesay, and upcoming works planned in Campbeltown and Dunoon. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and updating project programmes Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors across multiple trades, including scaffolding, boarding, roughcasting, plumbing, electrical, and enabling works Establishing and managing site compounds Organising waste management and site logistics Conducting quality control and health & safety inspections Maintaining strong communication with householders and stakeholders Providing regular progress updates to head office Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.
