Project / Site Manager Major Hospital ProjectLocation: South WalesSalary: £45,000 £55,000 + Car AllowanceI''m very to keen to speak with Main contracting level Site managers or Subcontracting level project managers who have experience workng in hospitals. The successful candidate will oversee a specialist flooring package on site, working closely with the Main Contractor and managing the day-to-day delivery of the works.The role will involve:• Managing and coordinating works on site• Overseeing Flooring specialist operatives and installation teams• Reading and interpreting construction drawings• Monitoring progress against programme• Liaising with the Main Contractor and wider project team• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required standard• Providing progress updates and maintaining relevant site documentationWhat we re looking for:• Strong Site Management or low level Project Management experience• Previous experience working within hospital or healthcare construction environments highly desirable• Ability to confidently read, understand and challenge construction drawings• Good understanding of construction sequencing and site processes• Computer literate• CSCS essential• SMSTS advantageous• Specialist flooring experience is not essential.The focus is on finding a capable construction manager who can coordinate works, manage people and ensure the project progresses efficiently.Permanent employment is preferred, although experienced freelance managers are ..... full job details .....
