The role will involve: • Managing and coordinating works on site • Overseeing Flooring specialist operatives and installation teams • Reading and interpreting construction drawings • Monitoring progress against programme • Liaising with the Main Contractor and wider project team • Ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required standard • Providing progress updates and maintaining relevant site documentation What we’re looking for: • Strong Site Management or low level Project Management experience • Previous experience working within hospital or healthcare construction environments highly desirable • Ability to confidently read, understand and challenge construction drawings • Good understanding of construction sequencing and site ...
