The initial location is listed as Chelmsford; however, this is not an exact office location. The business is looking to establish a new office in Essex, and the final location can be flexible depending on the successful candidate and the requirements of the business. This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident working independently and taking ownership of their workload, while playing an important role in establishing and developing a new regional presence. You will provide high-quality commercial and cost-management advice throughout the project lifecycle, working directly with clients, contractors and consultants across a varied portfolio of construction and property projects. As the office develops, there will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior Surveyors and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
