Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established construction contractor delivering refurbishment, new build and fit-out projects across the North Wales areaWith a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, retail and public sector schemes, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, fast-paced construction projects within a growing regional business known for repeat clients and high-quality delivery As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with site teams and senior commercial leadership.Key duties include:Managing project costs, budgets and commercial reportingPreparing valuations, applications for payment and final accountsProcurement and management of subcontractor packagesCost planning and value engineering throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesSupporting tendering and pre-construction activities where requiredEnsuring projects are delivered in line with contractual and financial targetsProjectsCommercial new build and refurbishmentRetail fit-outLeisure and hospitality schemesPublic sector / education projectsFast-track and live environment worksAbout YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within constructionBackground in main contracting (refurbishment, fit-out or new build)Strong commercial and ..... full job details .....
