We re looking for a passionate and engaging Project SEARCH Tutor to join our team and play a key role in supporting young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to move into meaningful paid employment. About the role As a Project SEARCH Tutor, you ll coordinate and deliver the classroom-based employability curriculum within the DFN Project SEARCH programme. You ll work closely with interns, employers, Job Coaches, families and partner organisations to create a supportive and engaging learning experience, helping young people build the practical skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace.
