With a strong portfolio of projects across the Retail sector, the practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality schemes from concept through to completion.Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Running Architect who can take ownership of projects, manage key project stages and work closely with clients, consultants and wider project teams to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities for this Project Running Architect role:Lead and manage Retail projects across multiple RIBA work stages, from concept through to completionTake ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and required quality standardsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliersProduce and review detailed technical drawings and coordinated BIM models using RevitPrepare and coordinate planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and detailed technical packagesAttend client meetings, design workshops and site visits, acting as a key point of contact throughout project deliveryManage project information and ensure design and technical documentation is coordinated and delivered accuratelyIdentify and resolve ..... full job details .....
