Project Quantity Surveyors

Project Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering Location: Staines Please note: This role will require travel to Suffolk 2 days per week, with accommodation provided and all travel expenses covered. We re working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for their growing team in Staines. This is a great opportunity to join a business delivering a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, where you ll take ownership of the commercial aspects from project start through to final account. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial performance of projects from inception to completion Preparing and managing valuations, variations, and final accounts Producing cost reports and CVRs Working closely with operational and project teams Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements What We re Looking For Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor ESSENTIAL: Background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects Experience working for a main contractor Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Ability to manage projects independently Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Salary and Package Competitive package + benefits Clear progression opportunities Why Join?
