Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor in Leicester, the role has the potential for real progression and the chance to make your mark in a growing team

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be working for a construction client that specialises in façade/cladding remediation, retrofit/decarbonisation, and planned refurbishment.

The Project Quantity Surveyor is required to assist the team to deliver projects they have won in the area.

About the Project Quantity Surveyor:
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in social housing, refurbishment, or retrofit
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project costs from start to finish
• A team player, ready to help build a growing team
• Experience within Social Housing projects generally

Project Quantity Surveyor hours are 7.30 am - 5.30 pm, salary to be in the region of £60k - £70k (plus a £5,000 car allowance) for this permanent position.
