They specialise in both in planned and responsive works for RSL S (registered social landlords) and pride themselves as a market leader. Due to continued company growth, they are looking for a thriving Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Planned Maintenance Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part in delivering a landmark project: the £12.7 million Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) initiative on the Riverside Contract. Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of the Riverside SHDF project from inception to completion. Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure costs are effectively monitored and controlled. Prepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, valuations, and final accounts. Administer subcontractor procurement and payments. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and health and safety regulations. Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder engagement.
