Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage this long-term social housing contract. The programme of works includes: Kitchen & bathroom replacements External refurbishment programmes Roofing works and replacements General planned maintenance and property upgrades across occupied social housing The Role Full commercial responsibility for planned maintenance projects Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts Identify and manage variations Work closely with operational teams and the client to ensure commercial success Requirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor Experience within planned maintenance, refurbishment, social housing or construction Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Ability to manage projects independen...
