Project Quantity Surveyor (Highways / ICP and EV) Hoddesdon Offering up to 60,000 + Benefits We''re delighted to be working with a leading contractor in the highways and infrastructure sector to find an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their ICP and EV team. This is a key commercial role, responsible for managing costs, maximising recovery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and the supply chain across live projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary commercial contact on site, advising project teams on contractual and financial mattersEnsure accurate cost and value reporting, monitor WIP, and identify risks with mitigation strategiesProcure and manage subcontractors, including tender analysis, rate negotiations, issuing instructions, and resolving disputesProcess subcontractor payments with supporting documentation and maintain compliance with conditions and key documentsMeasure works on site, maintain records, enter data into systems, and manage variations, quotations, and income agreementsTrack certifications, payments, and resolve disputes efficientlyPrepare monthly CVR reports, forecasts, accruals, and maintain liability and recovery reportsReconcile receipts, manage aged debt, and support contract forecasting and controlsAuthorise invoices, ensure accurate contra charges, and maintain works management system administrationPrepare and submit client KPIs and financial reports, keeping logs and status reports accurate and up to dateAbout ..... full job details .....
