Project Quantity Surveyor

A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Central London. The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial management for a portfolio of projects as part a major CP7 rail framework. Key duties will include: Manage financial performance, ensuring profit target and efficiency savings are achieved. Manage change control, disputes, risks and opportunities effectively. Lead the negotiation and ongoing management of subcontractors. Ensure the supply chain are fully compliant and build trusted partnerships. Maintain accurate cost plans and project forecasts. Undertake monthly progress reports and cost value reconciliation. Why Apply?
