This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career across a varied portfolio of projects.The RoleYou will support the commercial delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging in value from 500k to 10m, across Surrey and the surrounding region. The role will involve both site-based responsibilities and wider regional project exposure.Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with cost management from project inception through to final accountSupporting procurement of subcontractors and suppliersPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsMonitoring project budgets and financial performanceAssisting with contract administration and complianceDeveloping strong working relationships with site teams and subcontractorsAbout YouPrevious experience in a Quantity Surveying role within fit-out and refurbishment projectsRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or working towards one)Strong numerical and analytical skillsA proactive and organised approach ..... full job details .....
