The scheme involves extensive renovation works, M&E upgrades, EV charging infrastructure, heavy groundworks and precast concrete elements. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the project from procurement through to final account. Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, including tendering, procurement, valuations and payments. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and commercial risks. Manage variations, change control and contractual notices. Undertake cost reporting, forecasting and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting. Administer subcontractor accounts and negotiate final accounts. Work closely with the Project Manager, site team and supply chain to maintain commercial performance.
