An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering one of Central London''s flagship construction schemes.

Working on a landmark -150m development, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a high-profile project from procurement through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of prestigious work across the UK.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations
• Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts
• Administering subcontract accounts and variations
• Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice
• Monitoring project costs, risks, and opportunities
• Assisting with final accounts and project close-out
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Previous experience working for a main contractor
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, particularly JCT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment

• Salary between -60,000 and -75,000
