You could have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging in contractor value from £25k to £200M during your career at Thames Water. What you’ll be doing as a Project Quantity Surveyor Providing Commercial Assurance of Major Projects and Programmes Contracts. Challenge, negotiating and agreeing Project Tenders on assigned Portfolio. Ensuring that payments are made on time and in accordance with the Contract for your given portfolio of Projects. Assessing the Quantum of Change and/or Extension of Time under the relevant Contracts on the assigned portfolio. Ensuring that appropriate processes are in place and monitored on your Projects to ensure that Contractual Compliance is maintained and advising stakeholders if any non-performance is identified and corrective actions implemented as necessary.
