The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar quantity surveying role on the Mechanical amd Electrical side. As an Quantity Surveyor you will have strong process driven experience, and take responsibility for: Preparation of detailed mechanical and electrical estimates across a range of projects Take-offs and pricing for HVAC, pipework, plant, and associated mechanical services Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
