This role gives a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or current Project Quantity surveyor to gain sole project management experience and grow within a business.This residential groundworks client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business which has seen a health turnover increase to £40m in 2025.Duties:Optimising contract profitabilityProvide quotations to clients for variationsComprehensive understanding of Residential GroundworksAccurate monthly cost and value reportsAll other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworksTime management skills and meeting deadlinesExperience in value engineeringProficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, ..... full job details .....
