      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are working with a well-regarded and busy main contractor specialising in façade and cladding remediation projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.The successful candidate will oversee two live projects valued between £2m–£5m, operating under JCT Design &amp; Build contracts.   Requirements   	 Degree Qualified 	 Main contracting background 	 Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience 	 Experience administering JCT D&amp;B contracts (desirable)    Role Overview   	 Predominantly office-based in Cardiff 	 Weekly site visits to designated projects 	 Commercial management of multiple live projects 	 Cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting    What’s on Offer   	 Competitive salary ranging between £50K - £60K + car allowance &amp; full package   	 Supportive and progressive working environment 	 Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities &lt;/ul</description>
