Your new company Our client is a leading specialist interior fit-out contractor with an established reputation for delivering high-quality drylining, partitioning, ceilings and interior finishing packages across commercial, healthcare, education, residential and public sector projects throughout Ireland and the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in drylining and partition systems who is looking to develop their career within a specialist and technically focused sector.Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a range of drylining and partitioning projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial aspects of drylining, partitioning and ceiling packages.Preparing and submitting valuations, variations and final accounts.Procuring subcontractors, materials and specialist suppliers.Monitoring project costs, cash flow and financial performance.Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify commercial opportunities and risks.Producing accurate cost reporting and forecasting.Building and maintaining strong relationships with ..... full job details .....
