This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of a major project, working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure the scheme is delivered on time and within budget. The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the project from pre-construction through to completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors and consultants, managing costs, procurement and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
