This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy commercial team overseeing multiple projects across Kent, South London, South Sussex and West Sussex. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing the commercial performance of planned works programmes, with a particular focus on Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment schemes. While the contract covers a large geographical area, extensive travel is rarely required. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial delivery of Social Housing planned maintenance projects.
