The successful candidates will be responsible for the commercial management of planned maintenance projects, with a particular focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across Kent, South London, South Sussex and West Sussex. Key Responsibilities: Managing costs and commercial performance across multiple projects. Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts. Pricing and managing works using Schedule of Rates (SOR). Producing forecasts and cost reports. Supporting procurement and subcontractor management. Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Essential Experience: Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the social housing sector.
