Project Quantity Surveyor

A long standing Quantity Surveying practice, with are highly regarding in the industry are now looking for a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor or new to be Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey based team.

The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have just entered two new sectors.

The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being on the Surrey boarders. Closest junction is 9 on the M25.
 
The Quantity Surveyor''s Role
 
With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio including Healthcare, Education and Residential.

Project values will range between £1M - £45M.

Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.

Full APC support is provided, with a large encouragement to become MRICS.
 
The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying background with a consultancy
• Employers Agent awareness
• Understanding of JCT (D&B) contracts
• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Wanting to become MRICS
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Understanding within the £1M - £45M contract values
