Project Quantity Surveyor

The Role
We are recruiting for a-Project Quantity Surveyor-to join a leading demolition contractor delivering-high-profile, complex projects in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes with a business recognised for excellence and innovation in the demolition sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of demolition projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, procurement, and contract administration.
• Work closely with project teams to monitor costs, risks, and variations.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years'' demolition experience-in a quantity surveying role.
• A relevant-commercial degree-(e.g., Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management).
• Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and associated risks/costs.
• Experience working on complex projects, ideally in-Central London-or similar urban environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
