Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering commercial advice and cost control on some of the most innovative and immersive projects in the UK and abroad.

Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full cost management services from feasibility through to final account
• Produce and manage cost plans, budgets, tender documents and procurement strategies
• Administer contracts and manage valuations, variations and change control
• Build relationships with creative teams, contractors, and end clients
• Oversee commercial reporting and support financial forecasting
• Collaborate with internal project managers and contribute to continuous improvement

Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years'' experience in a consultancy or client-side role
• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for unique, fast-moving and design-focused projects
• Working towards MRICS (or already chartered)
