The project is being delivered for an established client, with strong working relationships already in place. Having recently commenced, the project has at least 12 months remaining, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to play a key role in its commercial success. This is a site-based position, ideal for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing projects and is confident taking ownership of the commercial process. Ideally, you will have previously managed the commercial aspects of one or two projects and be comfortable working closely with the site team to ensure successful delivery.
