Project Quantity Surveyor

A freelance project quantity surveyor is required for start immediately to work on a key project based in central Leeds

The requirement is work within a Tier 1 type contracting environment where you will report to a senior for a period of 4 months initially, with the potential for a longer-term requirement depending on performance and workload.

To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria;

• Have a proven track record operating at a Project QS level with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Have a background within large newbuild build projects, with elements of civils works.
• Ability to turn your hand to a variety of commercial activities, dependent on the specific needs of the project.
• Be comfortable dealing with sub-contractor procurement.
• Available for an immediate / quick start.
