Project Quantity Surveyor

A London-based property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their cost management team. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad built-environment portfolio, with a particular focus on education and healthcare projects.The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions from early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the Project Quantity Surveyor will provide clear commercial advice and maintain strong cost control throughout each stage of delivery.This role would suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with UK consultancy experience who wants greater project ownership and exposure to technically varied schemes. The Project Quantity Surveyor will build strong client relationships, broaden their sector knowledge and continue progressing towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level.Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:Preparing feasibility estimates, cost plans and project budgetsManaging tender documentation and procurement exercisesReviewing contractor submissions and producing tender reportsManaging valuations, variations and change controlPreparing and agreeing final accountsProviding commercial advice throughout the project lifecycleAttending client, consultant and site meetingsSupporting delivery across education, healthcare and wider property projectsProject Quantity Surveyor - Candidate ..... full job details .....
