The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across local government, social housing and commercial projects, supporting clients through both capital works and wider property programmes.The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working alongside experienced consultants and directly with clients, the Project Quantity Surveyor will provide practical cost and commercial advice throughout each stage of delivery.This role would suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with solid UK consultancy experience who is ready to take greater ownership of their workload.
