Projects include residential, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments throughout Essex, London, and the South East.Day to day, the Project Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, providing cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration support, valuations, and final account negotiations.
