Project Quantity Surveyor

A specialist consultancy serving the social housing sector is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Reigate. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in housing maintenance, cost control and procurement to work with a broad client base including housing associations, local authorities, contractors and procurement bodies.The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of a widely used Schedule of Rates, while also providing commercial consultancy support to clients across repairs, maintenance and procurement activities. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost modelling, tender evaluation, valuation support and the review of maintenance delivery models.This role would suit a Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys combining technical quantity surveying with client-facing consultancy work. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, providing insight into market pricing, contractual arrangements and the financial performance of housing maintenance services.
