Project Quantity Surveyor

A respected independent property and construction consultancy in Central London is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established cost management team. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio spanning commercial, residential, education, healthcare and leisure projects, gaining exposure to both new-build and refurbishment schemes.The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions through the full project lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement strategy through to construction delivery and final account. Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be expected to provide clear commercial advice, maintain cost control and help deliver projects efficiently against programme and budget.This role would suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with solid UK consultancy experience who is ready to take greater responsibility for their own projects.
